1) ENTRIES:
HT: Prelim=$150 T= $130 N=$110 BN: $100. Double
entries, Faxed entries and Online Evententries.com are
not accepted. NOTE: USEA and USEF fees are not included
as part of the entry fee. These association fees should
be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees
Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the
other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your
entry. Please use the 2009 entry forms.
• Draw checks to: Trott Brook Horse Trials.
• Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25; Withdrawals will not be
honored unless E-mailed or mailed on or before C.D. NO
PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After C.D.-Entry-no
refund. Stabling refunded only if stall can be filled.
Any entries (if space allows) or changes made to entry
after C.D. will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Competition cancellation-No refund.
• $35=lost pinny.
• Copy of current negative Coggins within 12 months must
accompany entry.

3) AWARDS:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
John Sloot award
for oldest rider to complete the horse trials.
Marty Trophy for
the oldest Novice level horse to complete all 3
phases.
Nutrena Novice
Level Triple Challenge Trophy.
“Worth The Wait”
Trophy – Training Level Award given to the
Horse/Rider combination that has been together the
longest and completes all 3 phases.
The
Minnesota High School Equestrian Association's
annual Eventing Team Challenge will be held in
conjunction with this event; see www.mhsea.org for

4) STARTING
TIMES: Times will be emailed and also available
before show at

5) STABLING:
On-grounds tent stabling: $150/stall duration of show.
Shavings available for purchase. Please strip stalls
at end of show.

7) DIRECTIONS:
Approx. 6.5 miles north of Anoka on Hy 47 (St. Francis
Blvd.) to 17902 St. Francis Blvd. on left (west).
Driveway is directly across from the intersection w/ Cty
Rd. 27. If you get to a stop sign at Cty Rd. 22, you are
too far.

9) CROSS-COUNTRY:
P-3000m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 400
mpm. BN-1600 m@ 350mpm. Distances are Approximate. All
courses: Average, for horses with some experience at
this level. Moderately hilly with water, bank and ditch
at all levels.
10) OTHER
INFORMATION:
• Cross-country course
closes August 6.
• Levels will be
divided into sections as entries warrant. State
preferences under the Eligible Section and put birth
date on entry.
• Food available on
grounds.
• Dogs are welcome, but
MUST be leashed; if caught loose, $50 fine.
• Volunteers
needed---lunch and other goodies provided! Contact
