1) ENTRIES: HT: Prelim=$150 T= $130 N=$110 BN: $100. Double
entries,
Faxed entries and Online Evententries.com are not accepted. NOTE: USEA and
USEF fees are not included
as part of the entry fee. These association fees
should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section
of the
Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with
your entry. Please use the
2008 entry forms.

• Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25; Withdrawals will
not be honored unless faxed,

C.D.-Entry-no refund. Stabling refunded only if stall can be
filled. Any entries (if space allows) or changes made to
entry after C.D. will be
charged a $25 processing fee. Competition cancellation-No refund.

• Copy of current negative Coggins within 12 months must accompany entry.

• Sat: Dressage- 7:30am • Sat: Cross-country- 10:30am

3) AWARDS: Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
John Sloot award for oldest rider
to complete the horse trials.
Marty Trophy for the oldest Novice level horse to complete all 3 phases.
Best Dressage
score awards. Nutrena Novice Level Triple Challenge Trophy.
“Worth The Wait” Trophy – Training Level
Award given to the Horse/Rider
combination that has been together the longest and completes all 3 phases.

intersection w/ Cty Rd. 27. If you get to a stop sign at Cty Rd. 22, you are too far.

9) CROSS-COUNTRY: P-3000m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450
mpm.
N-1900 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m@ 350mpm. Distances are Approximate.
All courses: Average, for horses with some
experience at this level.
Moderately hilly with water, bank and ditch at all levels.
10) OTHER INFORMATION:
• Cross-country course closed July 31.
• Levels will be divided into sections as entries warrant.
State preferences
under the Eligible Section and put birth date on entry.
• Food available on grounds.
• Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed; if caught loose, $50 fine.
•Volunteers needed---lunch and other
goodies provided!
